Yep. In fact, this message on the gcc-patches mailing list was the actual
motivation to start the various Bountysource campaigns for the MODE_CC
transitions of the various backends.

m68k was already converted last year by Bernd Schmidt [1].

There is also a work-in-progress LLVM backend for m68k [2].
