Working my way along 9.0_STABLE, something pulled up between 20201010 and
20201013 breaks hme(4) on SUNW,qfe (in 85MHz SS-5) yet appears to have
no adverse effect on single-port hme(4).  Other than the PHY, hme0 on
a SUNW,qfe appears the same as the single-port hme(4).
