I'm specifically asking whether the crash exists with
(1) src/lib/libform/field.c r1.30 and 
(2) pkgsrc/devel/cmake/Makefile r1.109

For the invalid terminal issue you also need:
pkgsrc/devel/cmake/distinfo r1.83 and
pkgsrc/devel/cmake/patches/patch-Source_CursesDialog_ccmake.cxx r1.1.
