the chroot but I might not have optimum config
file. I copied my existing directories to
/home/pkg_comp in case something goes wrong.

228M pkgsrc-2010Q4 (chroot)
172M dist/NetBSD-5.1
4.1G dist/src-5.1
2.6G 2010Q4/pkg_tarup
320M 2010Q4/pkgsrc
4.5G 2010Q4/pkgsrc_distfiles
