Well, I meant that our IPS don't provide ipv6 and it's unlikely that situation
will change in nearest future.
NetBSD configured to use ipv4 leads to the following.

$ ftp -V ftp.netbsd.org
ftp: Can't connect to `2001:470:1f05:3d::21:21': No route to host
ftp>

Teaching all applications to use ipv4 only (ftp -4) is rather annoying.
