Even though the SVS and KASLR/prekern stuff is only in -current, perhaps
this change should be pulled up to -8? The -8 boot loader (pxeboot)
exhibits the same problem if someone wants to push a lot of modules.
Of course, "pxeboot_ia32.bin" is shipped with "bootconf" and "modules"
disabled by default (flags: c)
Hmm. I should try using the modified on-disk boot program and see what
it reports. I was worried that when I update the machine to netbsd-8,
the on-disk boot might fail and I'd be stuck.
