Well, "recognized" may be mis-interpreted here.  In fact, what
you say here only means that the PCI bus driver code found this
particular device when enumerating the bus.  The "not configured"
part of the output means that no appropriate driver was found
which "recognized" the card, i.e. would accept responsibility of
being a driver for the device.
