Ok, I can reproduce this now. Transferring a DVD image over IPv6 I see the
transfer eventually stalling. It does keep transferring data, but very
slowly. I think it's only making progress because the ftp client is getting
a SIGALRM periodically to update the progress bar, and it retries the read()
on the socket. I'm looking into it.
