On NetBSD 4.99.4/i386 (Nov 2006):

mpt0 at pci2 dev 3 function 0: LSI Logic 53c1030 Ultra320 SCSI
mpt0: applying 1030 quirk
mpt0: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 19 (irq 10)
scsibus0 at mpt0: 16 targets, 8 luns per target
mpt1 at pci2 dev 3 function 1: LSI Logic 53c1030 Ultra320 SCSI
mpt1: applying 1030 quirk
mpt1: interrupting at ioapic0 pin 18 (irq 9)
scsibus1 at mpt1: 16 targets, 8 luns per target

(with the patch I wrote in kern/30531)
