Actually, I missed it, but it's right there:

RESTRICTED=		Possible trademark infringement

He did a proper 1.2 tarball release back in the day before github was even around, I am thankful he dumped his historical code to github for posterity, and can't blame him for not going the extra mile,
but I will try to get him to update his github.

If I fail, can I point it to my own github fork with a proper release or tag? I wouldn't want to point it to another distributor's distfiles. As an alternative, I can just host his original tarball.
