I guess that prevents mirror-distfiles pulling it. However,
COPYING as well as all C files are GPL 2 (or later)

He has committed the source on Github, but does not ship the tarball: https://github.com/elan/XFrisk
I will try to ask him if he could, otherwise can I put a distfile somewhere and point to it?
Or make it work via github download mechanism?
