updated restorecd for Qube2700 and PCI devices

I've put a new restorecd script here:

This one is a bit larger than before because it contains precompiled
kernels and bootloader for cobalt.

Please refer README and instructions.txt in the archive for more details.
(I hope someone will create and put an iso image ;-)
