This is only possible if someone tests the new versions.

If you have a board, add something like

	UBOOT_VERSION=2024.04

to the Makefile (or change the existing setting if it already has a special
version request), build the pkg and test if it works on your device.
If it does, report the result (here, or file a PR).

When many pkgs use a newer version, we can mass-simplify and update 
UBOOT_DEFAULT_VERSION.
