Sounds like the speaker resets due to low USB voltage. You didn't tell
what RPI model you use or what power supply.
On the other hand:
uhidev0: Jieli Technology (0x4c4a) UACDemoV1.0 (0x4155), rev 1.10/1.00, addr 6, iclass 3/0
sounds more like a bluetooth audio adapter, that should not use much power.
