Re: V1.4.1 Compile Problem
Back around last July I ordered a CD from Bob Nestor
(rnestor%augustmail.com@localhost) in California, who is apparently a Mac user
but puts together an Amiga CD. He used to be listed as one of the contacts for
an Amiga CD on the NetBSD site but now he is listed as 'Bob's Budget CDs for
NetBSD (most platforms)' right above the Amiga Unix Compendium listing. Good
guy, very helpful, puts together a neat CD case insert. Everything is there,
it just doesn't do a smooth, one command 'pkg_add'.
--------- Original message --------------
What CD-ROM? Hm... somebody mentioned that the Amiga Unix Compendium (?) has an
incomplete set of packages; check the port-amiga mailing list
archive about this.
Workaround: get the missing packages from an ftp site, or build them from
source.
Regards,
