Re: Intermittent IPv6 connectivity on VPS
Mayuresh,
On the server I was having issues with, the issues resumed when the
provider did updates to their system. I assume default settings that
were causing the problems got re-applied. I migrated to linveo and do
not have problems anymore with unpatched NetBSD. I can only speculate
Virtualizor uses some NetBSD unfriendly settings for IP.
In the linveo dashboard I see 'VirtFusion" is the control panel. Not
sure if it's a Virtualizer thing or the service providers having
better settings.
I would reach out to your provider and ask if Virtualizer is blocking
anything on your ip6, since that's what ultimately fixed it on my
provider at the time. I had the same issues with FreeBSD on that
server, so it wasn't specific to NetBSD in my case, though that patch
you tried did work for me.
