Thanks. Did "disk cleanup" and defrag before shrink. There was also an
option to compress, but didn't use that.

Strangely, after defrag the occupied space went up from 36.4G to 37.1G!
Not sure why. Anyway left 50G for the builtin OS and reclaimed the rest.
