Let's also add a check to usr.sbin/postinstall to nag if on one of those
args there is no explicit powerd= line in rc.conf and suggest to the user
to enable it (or make the nagging stop by an explicit powerd=NO line).
Why then not hardcode all this logic in the powerd rc.d script so that
this is all transparent?
