If not, I would write an import filter GNATS -> Bugzilla for TNF!
Bugzilla is perl-based, so it should be possible for me ;)
This offer is valid for any else choosen perl or c/c++ based tracker.

AFAIK, Bugzilla has such a thing. I'm unsure, if you must be registered to
submit a bug-report, what could be a bigger issue ...
Do we want reports from people who don't like to identify themself?
