I know SRM commands, but it's not a bug related to SRM. Indeed with -7 and the same configuration, shutdown -r reboots system without any trouble.
If SRM is not configured to automatically reboot, you should enter in SRM console (with >>> prompt). But in my case, keyboard's led only blink.
