I am going to remove the following thoroughly defunct packages after
2012Q2 is branched, or, if there's a suitable consensus, before 2012Q2
is branched.

These packages are all marked BROKEN in 2012Q1 and have been
unbuildable for multiple years.

   chat/centericq
   devel/ArX
   lang/gcc3-java
   misc/jitterbug
   www/sope
