I will reinstall NetBSD in a new card.

I haven't seen anyone else with my issues specifically but I'd like to
add that in my experience Raspberry Pis like to shred their SD cards
with not only the usual wear that comes with running a rootfs but in
(very rarely) writing bad data including filesystem metadata, corrupting
the occasional file so badly fsck can't recover them. I've had better
luck booting off USB drives on supported Pis or otherwise just keeping
/boot on the SD card and root on the USB drive.

Thanks for information.

Yes, I am starting to hate solid state devices, I have had problems in the last couple of years with two SD cards and a Kingston SSD drive.

I do not remember so much problems with HDD drives during my life :-) or perhaps my memory is getting old as I am...

Regards.
Ramiro.
