Do you see any error messages on console ?

This looks like the SD card is read-only. Some cards do that when
weared out, but I would expect they report at least a write error.

The filesystem ignores write errors. Before umount, you still see
the buffered data, but after remount the data is gone as it has
never been written successfully.

Greetings,

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your help.

It normally gives no errors in dmesg. I only have recalled the following errors from /var/log/messages at the very early tests yesterday (they never repeated) :

Hello, I have just tried Debian to see if there was useful error messages.

There is a clear problem with the SD card.

Regards.
