pkgin using 11.0_2026Q1 not 11.0_2026Q2 on aarch64 (et al)

I noticed my aarch64 rpi4 hasn't gotten updated packages with pkgin for
a while, whereas my amd64 systems do.

Checking the config, both have

$ grep -v ^# /usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf
https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/$arch/11.0/All

  (Note to self: probably switch "11.0" to $osrelease now.)

Checking the repository itself shows aarch64/11.0 -> 11.0_2026Q1 rather
than 11.0_2026Q2 :

Is this expected, e.g. due to a pkgsrc build not completing successfully,
or simply an oversight with the symlink, perhaps?

Fwiw Q1 hasn't been updated since Jun according to the .pkgcache file
timestamp, whereas Q2 is from late Jul.

Spot-checking a couple other $arch I see amd64 and sparc64 have
11.0 -> 11.0_2026Q2 while some others like i386 and macppc still point
to 11.0_2026Q1 like aarch64 does, so it's not completely isolated.

Just wanted to check before I try a different repositories.conf setup.
