In the source, there is

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, minimum-scale=1.0">
    
and I wonder if device-width should be instead "width available to the
page", the difference being sidebars.  Or if this is a firefox bug.

I can repro this w/o a sidebar if i make my browser window small.

I read the 4th edition of this, all ~kpage of it.  It's complicated!
