For the test the initiator was running on 9.99.76.

On a 9.1_STABLE client:

# dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/rsd0d bs=1024k count=1024
1024+0 records in
1024+0 records out
1073741824 bytes transferred in 16.651 secs (64485125 bytes/sec)
# dd if=/dev/rsd0d of=/dev/null bs=1024k count=1024
1024+0 records in
1024+0 records out
1073741824 bytes transferred in 19.999 secs (53689775 bytes/sec)

The iSCSI server is also running netbsd-9 and currently a bit busy,
I will recheck later.
