Can you do an i3perf test between euclide and legendre using
one of the ARM binaries from here:

https://iperf.fr/iperf-download.php

Do two tests; for both the server end should be on euclide.

1. A standard test with any server port you choose.
2. A test with the server port on euclide set to the
   iscsi-target port (3260).
   You will have to stop the running iscsi target on euclide
   for this.
