Dear Robert;
Your suggestion did the job. 
I added **  -XX:CompressedClassSpaceSize=1g  ** to idea64.vmoptios.
tweaking and adding to -Xms and -Xmx doesn't solve the issue just what you replied.

Open IntelliJ >Help>Edit custom VMoption.
then add it to that file somewhere preferably after -Xms an -Xmx values.
