Automatically frozen Laptop



Hello All, 

I have Lenovo G500 with following dmesg and atactl smart staus. It gets froze automatically even at login screen if i leave it without using. what could be causing this behavior. when it freezes i am unable to get response from "CTRL+T" or "CTRL+ALT+F1-F5/Backspace"
