apache22 is very slow on NetBSD 6.0_STABLE

Hi All,

I installed apache22 from pkgsrc-2012Q4 on 6.0_STABLE for local intranet.
My bandwidth of internal network is 100mbps.
The internal web page is very short and simply ``hello, world!'' (in html).
I browsed the home page residing in NetBSD box (says 192.168.1.100).
It takes very long time to load the page (10+ seconds).
I can say it is much longer than remote web sites.
On the box itself, it also happens on browsing localhost.
(It seems it delays awaiting for something before start loading.)
I have disabled firewalls (PF and NPF) before the test.
And I tested with 3 browsers, the results are the same.

This problem does not happen with FreeBSD 9.0R and NetBSD 5.1.2 running apache22
in the same network.
Loading the page from both systems is very fast and immediate.

What could be the causes of this problem?

Here's the infomation on my 6.0_STABLE box.

# pkg_info | grep apache
apache-2.2.23nb3 Apache HTTP (Web) server, version 2.2

# uname -a
NetBSD netbsd.localdomain 6.0_STABLE NetBSD 6.0_STABLE (GENERIC) #2: Tue Jan 29
10:19:27 ICT 2013
root@netbsd.localdomain:/usr/obj/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386

Additionally, it occasionally happens with ftp.
But it has never happened with ssh.
I'm not sure whether it is pkgsrc issue or system issue.
So I ask in this list. Sorry if it's not the right forum.

Thanks,
