Please tell basic information:

* What version of NetBSD you are running?
* What version of Apache you are running?
* And dose the Apache come from binary package, compiled from pkgsrc
  or built from source?
* What version of PHP you are using?
* And dose the PHP come from binary package, compiled from pkgsrc
  or built from source?
