Atheros AR8131/AR8132 Gigabit/Fast Ethernet driver

Hi, there are a few PRs about the lack of Atheros AR8131/AR8132 driver.
It seems NetBSD is the only BSD that is lacking this particular driver.

Other BSDs have alc(4) driver, is anyone working on importing this? I'm
not a kernel developer, but wouldn't it be just a simple matter of
copying source files and changing a few lines to make it work with
NetBSD?
