LARGE_NAT at compile time?

Is there a way to set LARGE_NAT in the env prior to calling build.sh without
mucking with the source tree?

This shows a 3 year old request so such an ability is desirable:

Yet the #undef remains, now at line 31 in src/sys/dist/ipf/netinet/ip_nat.h.

Is this because there is a better/different way to select that feature?
