Some new development:

1. libusb and libusbx are going to merge

2. OpenBSD has some new changes which will not be compatible
with NetBSD.

From the above thread, you can see that libusb/libusbx needs
a NetBSD contributor who can test the codes and who can
catch up at least some of the updates in libusb/libusbx.
