If this is a bad interaction with the DRM kernel part, it is quite
possible that both are spinning around waiting for the other side...
The last change just added signal blocking around the inner parts of
rtld operation. It shouldn't trigger anything that wasn't de facto
broken before, like using rtld functions from a signal handler (except
lazy binding).
