Thanks!  For all my grumbling about hpcarm being broken, it does look
like you've opened the door to tossing all the hpcarm-specific interrupt
code (it's now using the generic code in arm/arm32; I hadn't realized
that at first), and that's a trade-off I'm very happy to make :)
