Unexpected error from CVSweb

Hi!

I was trying to look up a Chromium patch which AFAICT is in CVS but not in 
the git conversion yet. However, I saw an unexpected error message from 
CVSweb:

https://cvsweb.netbsd.org/bsdweb.cgi/pkgsrc/www/chromium/patches/Attic/patch-services_device_hid_hid__service__netbsd.cc?rev=1.14

Error: Unexpected output from cvs co:

cvs: WARNING: Read-only repository access mode selected via `cvs -R'.

Is this a bug in cvsweb?
