misc/fd and sysutils/fd-find

Hi,

misc/fd, https://repology.org/project/fdclone/versions and
sysutils/fd-find, https://repology.org/project/fd-find/versions

Have the same binary name and currently we rename sysutils/fd-find to avoid conflicts.

I would like to change this and rename the misc/fd binary to ‘fdclone’ instead and install ‘fd’ for sysutils/fd-find.

This is because sysutils/fd-find is more popular and has wider use, see the repology.org links above.
Also because, textproc/television makes use of it at runtime and SUBST_SED would be required in many places.

Id nobody objects, I will make this change in a week from today.
While at it, I might try to update misc/fd to the latest release, we currently have 3.01b and 3.01j is available from:
https://salsa.debian.org/elias/fdclone or http://www.unixusers.net/src/fdclone/
