lang/openjdk11 now works! Was: Can't build lang/openjdk{17,21} on NetBSD/aarch64 (Apple M3)

I found out the cause of the issue, and applied fixes to OpenJDK 11. Now 
it works perfectly fine on Apple Silicon:

I'm going to apply the same fix to other versions of OpenJDK. I hope I 
can fix them as well.
