graphics/ImageMagick6 update

Hi,
I updated graphics/ImageMagick6 from 6.9.13.3 to 6.9.13.26, which
fixes CVE-2025-53014, CVE-2025-53019 and CVE-2025-53101. The changes
available on pkgsrc-wip/ImageMagick6.

It is only a patch level bump, and shouldn't break things.
ImageMagick6 is a dependency for multimedia/dvdauthor and
security/libfprint, which is built fine for me on NetBSD-10 amd64 with
the new version.

Can I commit the changes to pkgsrc?
