UNPRIVILEGED_USER, BINOWN, etc.

Hi,

I'm wondering if there's a reliable way to determine the owner of
${PREFIX} at build time, including in pbulk builds and su-on-install
builds. The variables in unprivileged.mk just seem to reflect the user
doing the build.

This has to do with munge, which has a daemon that should work in a
completely unprivileged install (started manually), and can also be run
as a service, but need not run as root.

So, if the pkg is going to be installed as root, then the rc script, log
directories, etc, are configured to run the daemon as the "munge" user.
Otherwise, they will run as the owner of the pkgsrc tree.

Thanks,

	J
