What would really be helpful is auto plist stuff for the native
compiler files. But I have no clue how to do that.

Anything that isn't "ocaml.mk" probably should be (so it's clear what
it belongs to); moving ocaml.mk is probably also a good idea, but like
gdt said, sounds like work.
