Separate config.guess and config.sub?

Hi,

Why do we have separate config.guess and config.sub files in

archivers/libarchive/files/build/autoconf/config.sub
archivers/pax/files/config.sub
net/fetch/files/config.sub
net/tnftp/files/buildaux/config.sub
pkgtools/compat_headers/files/config.sub
pkgtools/digest/files/config.sub
pkgtools/libnbcompat/files/config.sub
pkgtools/mtree/files/config.sub
pkgtools/pkg_install/files/config.sub
pkgtools/rcorder/files/config.sub
textproc/nbsed/files/config.sub

when they could all just use mk/gnu-config/config.guess and config.sub?

At very least they should all get updated when the main ones are so thatnew additions like aarch64eb don't fail.
