There were two ABI changes in the standard C++ library coming with
NetBSD.

The first one happened when NetBSD was switched to gcc7. I had a
thread about that problem on current-users (gcc7 problem: mpd doesn't
start).

Then a couple days ago, it was fixed and old gcc6 binaries should work
again (haven't tried) but gcc7 binaries built between the switch and
the fix stopped working. I guess the rust bootstrap falls in that
category.

Can you please rebuild the bootstrap on a newer current?
