sun3 was tested for the ASLR kernel option:

Module Name:	src
Committed By:	christos
Date: Sat Sep 17 01:00:00 UTC 2016

Modified Files:
	src/share/mk: bsd.own.mk

Log Message:
switch m68k to new gcc/gdb/binutils and pie. Tested with sun3 and tmesh.
Too bad there is not enough memory for ASLR
