Re: Boot-time question

Possibly, though I don't know how similar the DT360 and DT366 are. See
below.

The DT360 battery is completely flat; even after being left on the
charger overnight, I can't see any delay from unplugging the charger to
the screen going black. This is probably whence the "RTC BIOS
diagnostic error" line near the beginning and the "clock lost 3139
days" near the end.

uhub3 is external, in case that matters. The device has only one
physical USB port, so a hub is necessary if I want to connect, say,
both a keyboard and a disk - or, in this case, a keyboard and an
Ethernet. (I have few other bluetooth-capable devices, none of which
are set up enough to use that as a network transport.)

I'm going to see if I can kludge something together enough to capture
the boot-time messages from the DT366 in _some_ form. (The boot
messages report finding COM ports, but, while there are some contacts I
don't know the semantics of, they are not a connector I recognize -
they look like bare PCB pads designed for a docking station.)

I'm going to try 5.2 on the DT366; overnight I left a job running to
copy 5.2 onto a thumb drive....
