src/sys/arch/i386/conf: GENERIC XEN2_DOM0
Reenable ichlpcib by default. This allows all modern ICH systems to use
the watchdog support out-of-the-box.
It is not clear, if the workaround for ancient revisions with broken
SpeedStep work, so if this breaks a report with PCI dump of the
southbridge is required to blacklist them.
