Hi,

as predicted, rust 1.52.0 once again builds natively on 32-bit
earmv7hf, but still "takes a while".

A binary package of rust 1.52.0 for earmv7hf is now available at

ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/he/rust-earmv7hf-9.0_STABLE-1.52.0.tgz
