This is how usb device suspend / resume appears on NetBSD atm
But why would we be seeing this on a totally idle machine, where nothing
is issuing any suspend/resume operations? Why is this affecting only
the USB mouse? and why does it happen only when wscons is focused on a
non-X window?
FWIW, I've been seeing this for at least the last 6 to 8 months, and
quite possibly longer. It began when I replaced my old mouse with a new
"cheap" local (Philippine) brand!
