Aand...  Doing CVS time-travel back to rust-bin 1.66.1 is no
longer possible because all the binary versions of rust older
than 1.75 have apparently been purged from ftp.netbsd.org.

firefox 115 normally built with 1.69.0 but has 1.66.0 as minimum
required version.
